About Endodontics, PC
Why Choose an Endodontist Reason 1: Experience On average, endodontists perform nearly 25 root canal treatments a week, while general dentists perform less than two. Reason 2: Efficiency Because they limit their practice solely to endodontic treatment, endodontists are efficient and precise. This equates to positive experiences and faster healing. Reason 3: Availability Most endodontists offer tremendous flexibility in accommodating emergency cases, so delays in treatment are kept to a minimum and patients can be relieved of dental pain quickly. Reason 4: Advanced Technology Many endodontists use state-of-the-art technology to treat their patients quickly and comfortably. Call to schedule an appoinment!

I had two dental implants placed by Dr. Zuroff, and he did an excellent job both times. I highly recommend him. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, answers questions patiently, and genuinely cares about his patients. He also follows up after treatment to make sure everything is healing properly and that his patients are doing well. I am very pleased with the care I received and the results of both implants.

Yolanda from the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. When youβre trusting a medical office with serious treatments that affect your health β and paying significant money for those services β you expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, not disdain. Treatments like these are not a joke, and patients deserve compassion, patience, and proper communication. You donβt hang up on patients who are simply inquiring about an appointment, especially without even saying goodbye. That behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable from a medical office that expects people to trust them with their health and wellbeing. Based on my experience, I would recommend finding another provider until this office improves the way they treat patients. - Before making a decision, I would encourage prospective patients to read the other reviews and do their research carefully. Trust is one of the most important factors when it comes to your health. If this is how patients are treated during a simple phone call, it raises concerns about how situations would be handled when a patient is dealing with a serious issue, complication, emergency, or needs help reso

The doctor, Jeremy Michaelson, was very patient with me, as I was extremely nervous and shaking. He assured me that I would feel no pain and I didn't. He was done in less than an hour with my tooth. When I picked up my medications at CVS, the pharmacist was surprised that I just came from this procedure and that I wasn't in pain. They said I must have had a good doctor!

I had a referral to this office and called to schedule an appointment, but my experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a very condescending way, almost like I was being talked down to instead of helped. I understand that medical offices can get busy, but patients are calling because they need care and guidance. I already had a referral and was simply trying to schedule an appointment, yet the way I was spoken to made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and the front desk is the first interaction patients have with the office. Iβm sharing this because I would hate for someone else to call for help and be treated the same way. Patients deserve to be spoken to with patience and respect when theyβre trying to get the care they need.

I had an incredible experience at Endodontics PC in Dearborn with Dr. Jeremy Michaelson. Hands down one of the best dental experiences Iβve ever had. Dr. Richardson explained everything clearly before and after the procedure, which immediately put me at ease. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and most importantly completely painless. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and precision made a huge difference. He cares about patient comfort. The staff was also great. If youβre nervous about an endodontic procedure or a root canal, this is the place to go. I would recommend Dr. Michaelson without hesitation.
